If you notice emails not showing up in your inbox and they aren't in your spam folder, they may be getting redirected to the "Clutter" folder. Microsoft turns this feature on by default, but it is recommended the it be turned off.
To turn off Clutter:
- Log into BWA.
- Click the Gear icon in the top right corner.
- In the search box at the top of the settings pane, search for "clutter".
- Click the "Clutter" option that appears.
- Uncheck the box next to "Separate items identified as clutter".
Clutter is now off, but there may still be items in the Clutter folder. You should move those items to other folders, and when the Clutter folder is empty, it should be deleted.
