How to use the Meeting Owl

How to use the Meeting OWL:

1.      Plug in cable on table labeled “Meeting OWL” to your computer USB port (use provided adapter if necessary).

2.      Start or Join the Zoom meeting that you will be attending.

3.      Click on the “^” symbol next to the microphone in Zoom and choose the following options:

a.   Under “Select a Microphone” – Choose “Meeting Owl Pro”

b.   Under “Select a Speaker” – Choose “Meeting Owl Pro”

4.      Click on the “^” symbol next to the camera icon and select – “Meeting Owl Pro”

5.      The remote participants will now hear you using the Meeting Owl microphones. You will hear them through the Meeting Owl speakers. They will see you using the Meeting Owl camera. The camera should dynamically change views based on who is talking. This isn’t always accurate or the quickest change but please be patient.
