Scheduling an Automated Recording

There are 2 criteria that need to be met for an EMS reservation to kick off an automatic recording of a class that will be uploaded to the class' Canvas site. 

Criteria #1:

The reservation "Event Name" must match the name of the reservation that the registrar uses to schedule classes. You can find this exact name by clicking on previous bookings of this class in EMS and copying the name from the "Event Name" there. It should be formatted like this: ENGS-093-01 Statistical Mthds in Engg

Criteria #2:

The Event Type must be "Lecture".
